It should be colder
Won't somebody please remind the wind that he should be bolder
Where are the falling shapes of white
That blind you by day and comfort at night?

The days are short, the sun's still lost
My shoes are wet from streets I've crossed
The puddle's deep, the grass is green
What is this state of in between?
My hands aren't cold, my face not red
The trees are brown, naked and dead
It should be autumn but it's not
The spring should come but it forgot
